Topics include: his education and training; the problems peculiar to the small scale canner and the role of the National Canners Association in assisting small canners; his management practices, including budgeting, product devleopment, sales procecures, and relations with employees and growers; consequences of changes in canning technology; his sources of information; and his relationships with can manufacturers.
